MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee women's tennis head coach Tayo Bailey-Duvall has announced the addition of Cassidy Mataia to the program for the 2023-24 season.
"I am very excited to have Cassidy as a Blue Raider," said Coach Bailey-Duvall. "Her experience from a championship team and solid tennis foundation will strengthen our team as we start this new Conference USA journey with so many new schools."
A native of Brisbane, Australia, Mataia transfers to the Blue Raiders from Georgia Gwinnett College after completing her first two seasons with the Grizzlies.
Cassidy helped lead the Grizzlies to back-to-back NAIA National Championships.
