No. 3 ranked Blackman remained undefeated in District 7 play Friday night, defeating Siegel 58-42 on the road before a raucous crowd.
Blaze forward Bryce Williams led all scorers with 19 points, and center Brandon Thomas chipped in 15 points. James Franklin led the Stars with 13 points.
"We were just playing our game, following what coach tells us to do and it works, so we just do it," Williams said.
In a first quarter that became a seesaw battle between the two teams, the Blaze got up on the Stars 11-7 after Thomas delivered a wraparound pass to Williams for a layup.
