HENDERSON, Nev. — Michael Barnard shot a 66 (-6) in the third round of the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate on Wednesday, moving into the top 10 on the individual leaderboard. Middle Tennessee men's golf combined for a 285 (-3) in the round to finish the event in 11th place at 863 (-1).
Barnard's 66 was his lowest round of the 2023-24 season and one stroke shy of his personal best. He tied for eighth overall at 211 (-5) after carding six birdies and 12 pars in the third round.
Markus Varjun shot a 70 (-2) Wednesday to tie his career-low 54-hole score of 212 (-4).
