The Bowling Green State University track and field team won nine events to defeat Toledo and Wright State in the BG Opener at Perry Fieldhouse Saturday. The Falcons scored 117 team points, followed by Toledo with 97 and Wright State with 51.

The Toledo Women's Track & Field team earned wins from Alexa Jarrett in the pole vault and from Joan Jepkirui in the 1,600-meter run to finish in second place at the Bowling Green Opener on Saturday afternoon in the Perry Fieldhouse.
