AKRON, Ohio – Toledo used the power of three homeruns from Aubrey Reed, Katie Cozy and Kaitlyn Bergman lead the No. 7 seed Rockets to an upset victory over No. 2 Kent State in the first round of the 2019 MAC Softball Championship.

Toledo will face off against the winner of Ball State/Ohio in the final game of the eveining.
