MAC Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week

Cassidy Strittmatter recorded four points (1g, 2a) this past weekend to help the Dukes improve to 8-2 (3-0 MAC) and extend their winning streak to four. The senior dished out a career-best two assists in a 5-1 win at Ohio on Friday before scoring a crucial goal in JMU’s 2-1 triumph over Richmond on Sunday. Strittmatter is tied for fourth in the Mid-American Conference in goals (5) and game-winning goals (2). Additionally, she is second on the team in goals (5) and points (13).
