TOLEDO, Ohio -- Toledo running back Shakif Seymour scored a two-yard rushing touchdown with 51 seconds left in regulation to give the Rockets a 28-21 win over BYU at the Glass Bowl on Saturday afternoon. Seymour finished with 96 yards rushing, while quarterback Mitchell Guadagni thew for 206 yards and one touchdown.
