MAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week
Melanie Gandy, Robert Morris, Attack
Gandy led RMU offensively in their 23-4 victory over Kent State, scoring a hat trick and adding three assists for six total points as the Colonials improved to 5-0 in MAC play. After an early goal by KSU, Gandy put RMU on the board to tie things up at 1-1 just 57 seconds later, kickstarting a 7-0 run in which she scored again that allowed Robert Morris to take control of the game. She completed the hat trick and added two helpers before the first half was out with RMU leading 15-3.
