Reigning MAC Player of the Year, Antonio Campbell, will miss the rest of this season with a broken right foot.
The story was first reported by Jason Arkley of the Athens Messenger and confirmed by third-year head coach Saul Phillips on Thursday.
Campbell is not eligible to redshirt for the Bobcats, thus ending his collegiate career. Campbell played in 14 of the 16 games so far this season for Ohio and was averaging 16.4 points and 8.9 rebounds per game.
Campbell left Ohio’s game on last Saturday against Eastern Michigan because of an injury to his right foot and did not return to the game.
