UB and BSU will be road opponents for the Nittany Lions in 2019 and 2021, respectively.
According to a press release via Penn State, both Ball State and Buffalo have been booked for one away game in Happy Valley. This announcement was made in conjunction with news of an Auburn-Penn State home-and-home series.
Buffalo will be the first to visit Beaver Stadium in a matchup slated for September 7th, 2019. That match-up will mark the fourth-ever meeting between the Nittany Lions and Bulls. Penn State’s first ever match-up on the gridiron with a Mid-American Conference team was way back in 1900 with the Buffalo Bulls defeating the Nittany Lions 10-0.
