LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Ohio softball team would return to action at the 2017 National Invitational Softball Championships on Wednesday (May 17), falling to host Liberty, 3-0, at the Liberty Softball Field.

Liberty tried to strike first in the top of the first inning. Jasmeen Click would lead the game off by drawing a walk.
