KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Northern Illinois University women's volleyball team rallied from two sets down to win at Western Michigan 3-2 (18-25, 19-25, 25-23, 25-21, 15-11) Wednesday night at University Arena. It was the first time the Huskies won a match when trailing 2-0 since Nov. 17, 2012 in the Mid-American Conference Tournament semifinals against Ohio.
"For us to go 3-2 on this five-match road trip is good for our group," said head coach Ray Gooden.
