Nate Holley charged with felony kidnapping, suspended from Kent State indefinitely

Nate Holley, a veteran safety for the Kent State Golden Flashes, has been suspended indefinitely effective immediately following an arrest for felony kidnapping, according to Allen Moff of the Record-Courier.

The alleged incident took place in Franklin Township last Thursday night near Ravenna, Ohio, and involved an unidentified female. No other details are known at this time.

Holley has been detained and will be arraigned this afternoon. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday morning in Ravenna.

Holley is a four-year member of the Golden Flashes football team and is a former Toledo-area high school standout.
