Another MAC product is transferring to the SEC in the hopes of raising their profile.
Miami's Marshall Taylor, who will graduate this May, is set to transfer to Auburn after committing in the middle of his official visit. Taylor had already made an OV to Louisville, and was set to visit Michigan State and Florida after Auburn, but cut his trip short after saying that "it just felt right" at Auburn.
In an interview with AL.com, Taylor stated that Auburn's pedigree, combined with his relationships with Auburn's defensive backs coach Wesley McGriff and current Auburn starter at defensive tackle (and childhood friend) Montravious Adams, was instrumental in bringing him to Toomer's Corner.
