Women's Golfer of the Week Jessica Madry, a junior from Houston, Texas, was simply phenomenal across all 36 holes of golf, as she picked up the first collegiate win of her career while also leading BGSU to a team championship at the 2018 Shirley Spork Invitational. Madry opened the tournament with a career-low 71, and then the following day, topped that career low by carding a final-round 70 on her way to a three-stroke victory. Of the 62 golfers at the event, Madry was the only one to shoot below par, let alone three-under par.
