MAC Women’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week
Courtney Burke, Central Michigan, Attack
Junior attack Courtney Burke was a key offensive driving force behind Central Michigan's 17-4 Mid-American Conference road win over Youngstown State. Burke helped the Chippewas remain undefeated in conference play and atop the MAC standings, scoring a single-game career-high and game-high four goals. She was a perfect 3-for-3 on free position conversions. Burke opened the scoring for CMU, netting a goal 1:24 into the game, and added another goal later in the first half. She came out of the halftime break to score the first two goals of the second half and provide the Chippewas with a nine-goal lead.
