Redshirt senior Hlynur Andresson posted a career mark in the 3000m Saturday, Feb. 3 in the Meyo Invitational in South Bend, Ind. The Iceland-native finished atop the strong pool of competitors with a time of 8:02.08, which launched him up to sixth all-time in the EMU indoor record books. Additionally, Andresson's time now ranks first in the MAC and 29th in the nation, as he now holds the top time in the conference for both the 3000m and 5000m, as well as the fourth best time in the mile.
