MAC ANNOUNCES MEN’S TENNIS ALL-MAC TEAMS AND POSTSEASON AWARDS
Cleveland, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference (MAC) announced the 2016 Men’s Tennis All-MAC First and Second Teams and specialty awards, including the Player, Newcomer and Coach of the Year, as well as the Jack Vredevelt Sportsmanship Award.
Toledo junior Stjepan Sisko and Ball State junior Lucas Andersen were tied for voting and will share MAC Men’s Tennis Co-Player of the Year honors, as both were also selected All-MAC First Team honors.
For Sisko, this marks the third consecutive year to be named, or share, MAC Player of the Year honors (2014, 2015, 2016) and he also was named the 2014 Newcomer of the Year two years ago as a freshman.
