CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced its 2016 Men's and Women's Cross Country Academic All-MAC teams Friday. A total of 49 student-athletes were named to the men's team, while 80 student-athletes were named to the women's team.
Bowling Green and Toledo each led the men's team with eight, while Eastern Michigan led the women's squad with 12 student-athletes.
Bowling Green’s Kelsie Mothersead, Nick Voth and Rachel Walny, Buffalo’s Barrett Kemp, Central Michgian’s Samantha Allmacher, Kent State’s Morgan Bing and Olivia Davis, Eastern Michigan’s John Knox, Jordann McDermitt and Leah Wallace, Northern Illinois Ericka Hibser and Kelsey Hildreth, Ohio’s Alyssa Atkinson, Toledo’s Matthew Gibbons and John Talbot recorded a perfect 4.
