At the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open, junior Baldvin Magnusson paced all runners in the 3000m, clocking in at 8:05.34, over five seconds faster than the closest competitor. Magnusson's time is the fastest in the Mid-American Conference by nearly nine seconds and ranks 16th in the NCAA.
