Adam Furnas, a senior from Bowling Green, Ohio, had a career week in BGSU's weekend split at Western Michigan. Furnas racked up multiple hits in all four games, finishing with 11 total hits. The first baseman batted .647 (11-of-17) in the series with eight RBI, five runs and one home run. After registering two hits apiece in the first three games, Furnas went 5-for-6 with five RBI and three runs in Bowling Green's 20-6 Sunday (April 25) win.
