Singles Player of the Week
Irmak Budak, Freshman, Northern Illinois
Freshman Irmak Budak won both of her singles matches this week to improve to 9-2 on the season. Playing No. 1 versus Bradley, she defeated Anna Belagliadova 7-6 (7-0), 6-0 to score NIU's fourth point and clinch the match over the Braves. Later in the day, she came back after losing the first set to defeat Cornell's Victoria Zhao, 3-6, 6-4 6-3 to put a point on the board for NIU.

Liv Roestel/Blanca Berges, Buffalo
The freshman duo of Liv Roestel and Blanca Berges continued their strong play as they picked up a 6-3 win at second doubles to help UB earn the doubles point in a 4-0 win over Cleveland State on Saturday.
