The 2017 MAC Offensive Player of the Year, the FBS leader in passing touchdowns in 2016, and Toledo’s all-time leading passer — Logan Woodside achieved plenty in his collegiate career as a Toledo Rocket.
Now, the accomplished college quarterback will travel about 200 miles south within the Buckeye State, as the Cincinnati Bengals drafted him as the 249th pick in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Woodside was the first member of the 2017 MAC champion Toledo Rockets to earn a spot on an NFL roster. In his senior season in blue and gold, Woodside threw for 3,758 yards and 28 touchdowns with just five interceptions.
