Bjarki Petursson led the Flashes' efforts in the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate with a tied for 12 finish at 7-under 209 score. With Petursson's help, the Flashes had their first top-5 finish of the season and second top-10. Petursson shot two rounds in the 60's and opened the tournament with a career-best 6-under 66 score after going 17 holes for par or less. Petursson led the team firing seven birdies, two of which were back-to-back on two separate occasions.
