Irmak Budak, Freshman, Northern Illinois
Freshman Irmak Budak continued her undefeated start to the 2025 dual match season with a pair of wins Saturday as NIU recorded 7-0 victories over both Northern Iowa and Eastern Illinois. Playing at No. 1 singles for the first time, Budak defeated UNI's Lorena Cardoso 6-2, 6-1. In the day's second match, she posted a 6-2, 6-4 win over Eastern Illinois' Charleigh Fay at No. 2 singles to improve her season singles record to 4-0.

The duo of Iva Daneva and Viki Hazmukova posted a 2-0 record on the weekend to help the Eagles capture the doubles point for the third and fourth time this year.
