YPSILANTI, Mich. – The Eastern Michigan University men's swimming and diving team returned to Jones Natatoriun, Friday, Jan. 22, for a senior day dual against Wayne State University. Paced by strong performances by the divers, and a pair of wins by senior Andrew Henry (Garner, N.C.-West Johnston), the Eagles (4-2,1-0) topped the Warriors 155-67.
Collectively, the Eagles diving team kicked off the meet with a bang, sweeping both the 1 and 3 meter events. In the 3-meter, sophomore Peter Rusenas (Naperville, Ill.-Naperville Central) posted a season-best score of 356.
