KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches announced the 2018 NCAA Division I Men’s All-America Teams on Thursday on the eve of the College Cup semifinals in Santa Barbara, Calif.
Akron Forward David Egbo and West Viginia Midfielder Joey Piatczyc were both named to the third team.
Piatczyc is the 11th Mountaineer in team history to earn All-America team accolades and the first since Andy Bevin in 2014. It is the 18th All-America honor in the program's 58-year history.
The Lee's Summit, Missouri, native had a record-breaking senior campaign, which included Mid-American Conference Player of the Year accolades.
