WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Miami University's Dom Dzioban was named one of 20 semifinalists for the 2024 Lou Groza Award, given annually to college football's top place kicker.
Dzioban has connected on 20-of-23 field goals this season, which ranks third-best in the nation for makes. The junior has made at least one field goal in every game in 2024, including a Yager Stadium record 5-of-5 field goals in the win over Central Michigan. He also was a perfect 3-of-3 in a 23-20 overtime win over Massachusetts, sending the game to extra time with a 47-yard field goal as time expired and then knocking in a 43-yard game-winner in OT.
