The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced on Twitter earlier today that they signed former Central Michigan Chippewa quarterback Dan LeFevour to their active roster. LeFevour will join current starter Jameis Winston, and backups Mike Glennon and Ryan Griffin.
LeFevour, who stands at 6'3", 230 lbs., was last on an active NFL roster in 2011 as a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars. LeFevour was a 6th round selection in 2010 to the Chicago Bears, who waived him in training camp. Cincinnati claimed LeFevour off waivers, and spent that entire season as the reserve quarterback on the active roster. LeFevour played between the Bengals and the Colts' practice squads in 2011, before landing on the Jacksonville active roster.
