The University of Akron men's and women's cross country teams were directed by a pair of career-best performances from redshirt juniors Mackenzie Andrews (Toowoomba, Australia) and Tevin Brown(Toledo, Ohio) as the Zips concluded their 2018 campaign at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional hosted by Indiana State University at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course on Friday, Nov. 9. Andrews led the Zips' women's efforts turning in a team-best time of 21:40.16 to place 50th, while Brown registered his third top finish of the season Akron registering a time of 32:07.
