Central Michigan’s season comes to an end, as the Liberty Flames knock off the Chippewas, 84-71 in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Four different Flames scored in double digits, including Kemrite. Scottie James scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds, Georgie Pacheco-Ortiz scored 14 points and dished out three assists, and Caleb Homesley added 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds for the Flames.
Liberty was able to knock down 32 of their 57 (56%) shot attempts on the afternoon. The Flames moved the ball well, as they earned 23 assists altogether in this game. Liberty made 11 of their 25 (44%) shots from three point range, seven of those threes coming from Kemrite.
