Buffalo Bulls at Alaska-Anchorage Seawolves: Bulls survive scare from D-II foe

After traveling over 3,000 miles, the Buffalo Bulls did look a bit jet lagged in their battle with Division II’s Alaska-Anchorage Seawolves.

However, the Bulls managed to hold off D-II’s 14th highest ranked squad, defeating Alaska-Anchorage 85-79 early Thursday morning.

Blake Hamilton carried Buffalo past the finish line, scoring 32 points and nabbing seven rebounds to help Buffalo avoid disaster.

A look at the stat sheet shows that the Bulls dominated the Seawolves in many categories, but nonetheless, Buffalo was never able to put the game on ice.

The Bulls shot a remarkable 50% from the field, and 85% on their free throws.
