The first Miami RedHawk name has been called at the 2021 NFL Draft in Cleveland, OH.
The Buffalo Bills selected offensive tackle Tommy Doyle as the 161st overall draft pick in the fifth round.
Doyle originally declared for the draft in August as a response to the cancelation of the 2020 MAC football season. However, when the league reversed its decision, Doyle dug out the pads and took the field with the RedHawks in November. Despite playing just three games of a shortened schedule, the left tackle earned his second First Team All-MAC bid.
Listed at a mammoth 6’8” and 320 pounds, Doyle presents the perfect build as an NFL offensive tackle.
