MAC Softball Pitcher of the Week Bowling Green freshman pitcher Payton Gottshall went 5-0 with an ERA of 1.30 as BGSU went undefeated at the Clearwater Spring Break Invitational. Gottshall pitched in all five of BGSU’s games, and picked up the win in every contest. She entered a scoreless game in the sixth inning vs. Providence, and struck out six batters in two innings in a 1-0 BG win. Then, that evening, she threw a complete-game five-hit shutout vs. Penn State, striking out five.
