Bowling Green State University women's soccer standout Maureen Kennedy has been named a First-Team Senior CLASS Award® All-American. Kennedy is one of just five student-athletes across the nation named to the first team.
Additionally, Kennedy is the first player in school history, and just the fourth in Mid-American Conference history, to be named a Senior CLASS Award® All-American. Eastern Michigan's Emily Dzik (2014) and Ball State's Alyssa Heintschel earned first-team honors, while Central Michigan's Shay Mannino (2010) was named to the second team.
Kennedy was named one of 30 women's candidates for the award on Sept. 23.
