Story Courtesy of Akron Sports Information AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron women's swimming and diving team is ranked in the top 25 nationally in the Oct. 24 College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) TYR Top 25 Dual Meet Poll. After its performance at the Akron Zips Classic, Akron was voted No. 22 in the Poll. "Thank you to the CSCAA and the Women's Poll Committee for their votes and recognition of our program. It's an honor to be recognized by our peers and to be ranked in the top 25," said sixth-year head coach Brian Peresie.
