After recently obtaining his scholarship offer from the Toledo coaching staff, a under-the-radar class of 2017 quarterback has decided to verbally commit to the Rockets. Earning his chance to suit up for UT on March 3rd, it only took Fort Recovery (OH) standout signal caller Caleb Martin a couple of weeks to announce his decision to take his talents to Toledo.

While Toledo might have been his only scholarship offer on the table, the 6'2, 190-pound Martin was receiving interest from a number of FBS programs, including other Mid-American Conference teams, after putting together an impressive junior campaign at Fort Recovery High.
