CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced Wednesday the 2017-18 Men’s Basketball Academic All-MAC Team. A total of 13 student-athletes were named to the team from this past season.
Western Michigan led this year’s squad with four student-athletes. Ball State also had multiple selections with two honorees on this year’s team.
This marks the third consecutive season that Ball State’s Sean Sellers & Central Michigan’s Luke Meyer have been named to the squad.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.
