Eastern Michigan 74, Vermont 82

Despite James Thompson IV going off for 13 points and 21 (!!!) rebounds, the Eagles were unable to match Vermont’s efficiency on the offensive end as the home team shot 48.3% from the field and 17-22 from the free throw line. The loss drops EMU to 6-4, and with three games left in non-conference play (including a match-up with Syracuse Monday night) the team is in need of momentum ahead of #MACtion.
