The calls kept coming.
Marcia Irvin wanted her son, Zak, to know he would have a supporting cast at Crisler Center on Saturday, presumably for his final home game as a Michigan basketball player.
Irvin listened and appreciated the offered support. But he wasn’t much help.
“We only get four tickets for each player, so my mom had people buy tickets,” Irvin said. “So I think I’ve got 50-60 people coming. The Irvin gang, they roll in strong. I’ll probably be able to hear them when they’re yelling.
“They’ll probably get there way before the game.
