Michigan wide receiver Peyton O’Leary announced this weekend on Instagram that he is returning to Ann Arbor for the 2025 season.
Over the last four seasons, O’Leary played in 28 games and compiled 12 receptions for 112 yards and two touchdowns. His lone touchdown grab this year came at home against No. 1 Oregon. While Michigan eventually faltered, his third-quarter score brought the Wolverines within 11 points of the nation’s top team.
Though, perhaps his most memorable play of 2024 came in the final game of the regular season. Facing a third-and-eight near midfield, Michigan was desperate to get into Ohio State territory and approach kicker Dominic Zvada’s field goal range.
