Wolverines snag cornerback commitment

Michigan’s fast pace for picking up commitments continued on Friday afternoon when 2015 cornerback Antwaine Richardson of Delray Beach (Fla.) Atlantic announced his decision in favor of the Maize and Blue.

“Officially committed to the University of Michigan!,” he announced on Twitter.

Standing in at 6-0, 170 pounds, Richardson earned a scholarship offer from the Wolverines off his performance at Michigan’s satellite camp in Davie, Fla. He was a teammate last season with 2015 Michigan signee Shelton Johnson.

While he is rated as a three-star prospect by most sources, Richardson also had scholarship offers from Miami (Fla.
