Wolverines Set for Pivotal Series at Minnesota

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The No. 6-ranked University of Michigan ice hockey team (19-4-5, 9-2-3-2 Big Ten) hits the road for a pivotal two-game series at Minnesota (16-13-0, 11-3-0-0 Big Ten) in a meeting of the top two teams in the current Big Ten standings. The series begins Thursday night (Feb. 25, 7:30 p.m. CST) and concludes Friday night (Feb. 26, 8 p.m. CST) inside Mariucci Arena in Minneapolis, with both games being televised on BTN.

• Earlier this season, the Wolverines split a two-game series on Dec. 11-12 at Yost Ice Arena, with Michigan winning 8-3 in the opening game, followed by a 3-2 loss on Dec.
