“Dreams do come true,” Dillon stated on Twitter. “When I was nine, I told my mom she wouldn’t have to pay for college and that I would buy her a house after I made it to the NFL. Thanks to everyone that supported me, almost nine years later, I’ve been able to make good on one of those promises. I am truly blessed to be able to announce that I have verbally committed to THE University of Michigan.”
Dillon selected Michigan over scholarship offers from schools such as Wisconsin, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Mississippi State, Florida State and Boston College.
