Wolverines fall to Oregon in overtime

Trailing by as many as 16 points in the first half, the Wolverines battled back to give Oregon a scare, ultimately failing to get over the final hurdle, falling to the Ducks 71-70 in overtime.

Michigan got a reprieve to send the game to overtime after a deep made three pointer was ruled to have been taken after time expired. In the extra session, the Wolverines got off to a great start, with a three pointer from Franz Wagner, but the Ducks continued to battle back from potential momentum shifting plays as they did throughout the day.
