When Michigan gets a RB commit for example, the joke on the message boards is, "can he play DT?". Which is a position group Michigan seemly has needed for 5 years. Michigan's latest recruit can absolutely play DT. That recruit is Kenneth Grant who is a 3 star 6'4 335 pound defensive lineman from Indiana. Actually, he is probably more of a nose tackle but you get the idea.
Ken Grant may sound a bit under rated when you consider he is a 3 star but Michigan beat Ohio State and Wisconsin for his services. His other offers were ASU, UC, Purdue, Illinois, Nebraska, and others.
