Four years ago, as the NBA draft crept along at Barclays Center, John Beilein sat alone at a table previously occupied by Nik Stauskas. Stauskas had already been chosen, as had his Michigan teammate Mitch McGary. Another Wolverine, Glenn Robinson III, would be taken in the second round.
Beilein pulled out his cell phone and snapped a photo of the giant draft board. "I don't tweet very often," he told a reporter. "But I'm going to tweet this."
Beilein will be back at Barclays to capture more memories next Thursday night, accompanying his former star Moritz Wagner.
