Will Hart, Jake Moody impress early on Michigan's special teams

ANN ARBOR -- It's only been three games and eight punts so far, but Will Hart is showing drastic improvement over last year.

Michigan's junior punter is averaging 50.3 yards per kick so far in 2018, enough to put him near the top nationally from a statistic standpoint.

The only problem -- in fact, it's a probably a good thing -- is that he doesn't qualify, having averaged fewer than three punts per game.

"Shoot -- I think he's had two straight games with over 50-yard averages," said Chris Partridge, Michigan's special teams coordinator. "I mean, that's big time.
