Wheatley talks like O'Korn is starting; Hill OK

Day by day, it appears more likely that Michigan quarterback John O'Korn will start against Indiana on Saturday (3:30 p.m., ESPN).

That was the impression left today by U-M running backs coach Tyrone Wheatley when asked what his group would have to change without starting QB Wilton Speight. Speight hasn't practiced this week, because of an injury suffered in the Iowa game. The Free Press reported that it is a broken collarbone. Head coach Jim Harbaugh has maintained that Speight is questionable for Saturday.

"We don't look at the quarterback going down as a rallying cry," Wheatley said.
