Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh stood at the podium in Schembechler Hall, answering a series of questions on Monday afternoon.
But he was in full-blown coach-speak, choosing his words carefully, revealing as little as possible. So as a public service, I’ll translate what he said into what he meant.
Harbaugh, on losing to his rivals: “The record is what the record is. Well aware of what the record is against Michigan State and Ohio State, we’re 1-4. The record against all other opponents is 23-3. We know what the records are.”
